About Amanda McNamee
With over six years of experience in Agile methodologies and IT strategy, I currently serve as the Ways of Working Lead at Worldpay. In this role, I drive Agile adoption and Lean practices across Worldpay Technology Services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve planning, manage risks, and accelerate delivery.
