Determine use and modify job related practices to provide excellent academic services- Serve as National Student Clearinghouse campus administrator, responsible for enrollment and graduation compliance reporting- Support the work of the Office of Academic Affairs through gathering and analysis of data. Advise on areas of concern and potential changes with enrollment trends and needs- Coordinate course schedule, classroom assignments, student registration, final exam schedule and midterm and final grade entry for each semester or term. Provide clear information and guidance to students and faculty through appropriate modes of communication- Coordinate editing and publication of the College Catalogue. Update the College Catalogue and the student information system with updates to the institution’s courses of instruction- Advise students regarding degree and major requirements. Monitor student progress to track for timely graduation. Certify candidates for degrees once all requirements for graduation are complete.
