Amanda joined Finxact in 2017 and served as a key contributor to the build out and 8 successful production launches of a next generation core banking platform. Schema and requirements authoring, functional design, testing, client and implementations support, program management, and partner integration support are just a few of the roles served in the last 4 years. Current responsibilities include: • Working with cross functional leadership teams to establish, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap • Performing market and strategic research including build, buy, partner analysis • Managing the release coordination of initiatives across sprint teams • Providing leadership and guidance across product management and analyst teams: Retail Deposit and Loans, Commercial Lending, Payments, Implementations Analysts, QA Analysts • Established and manage QA testing team, scope, and reporting • Working with eco-system partners and clients to define gaps and coordinate the release of new features • Communication management of new features via release showcase, roadmap reviews, and recorded webinars • Strategize with sales on prospect needs and demonstrations • Supporting compliance and audit requirements • Implementing a product program management office • Client relationship management support
