Part of these methods includes a heavy focus on entry-level talent by partnering with local universities as well as those around the country. During my time at GLS, I have done the following-Implemented and grew a successful campus recruiting program, resulting in year-over-year increase of campus hires -Created and implemented standard TA operating procedures to ensure a consistent candidate experience - Responsible for performance and oversight of the Talent Acquisition team to grow our company from 400 to over associates
