Our extensive experience within STEM informs the comprehensive range of services that we offer including everything from generating ideas to designing and implementing initiatives. Our approach ensures that we engage all stakeholders, delivering impactful and measurable outcomes that contribute to a more equitable STEM ecosystem.EXAMPLE PROJECT: STAR Initiative for LabCentral Ignite (March 2023 – November 2024)The STAR initiative brought together two school districts (Cambridge & Somerville, MA) and four non-profit organizations dedicated to serving youth historically underrepresented in STEM in grades 6-16 along with educators, all with the goal of diversifying the STEM workforce pipeline. Responsibilities/Activities included: · Developed an updated Mission, Vision, set of Strategic Objectives, and supporting materials · Implemented tools and processes for effective and impactful STAR ecosystem management · Crafted clear and effective communications · Constructed and managed a streamlined data collection plan to support goals and document impact · Planned facilitation of monthly group meetings to ensure engagement and alignment· Compiled a comprehensive impact report
