ABOUT AMANDA MARSAL

I am an Experienced Customer Success Manager with a strong propensity for account retention. With the start of my career solely being in Sales and Marketing, I have a unique viewpoint of the relevance each account has on the overall health of the company. My perspective on client interactions was molded with the training I received in the Disney Institue. Sometimes as corporations we have a tendency to \" Overlook the Forest for the Trees\". I am reminded of the first time I was able to use Customer-Centric policies to completely change a customer\'s experience with the brand. I was working at the fabulous \"Fantasmic\" show in the Disney\'s Hollywood Studios park, when a family came up the hill just looking miserable. Come to find out the youngest son had experienced a little too much \"Disney Magic\" and had gotten sick to his stomach. Unfortunately, Mom, Dad and Sister had all gotten some of the mess on their clothing. As a cast member, I was provided the ability to see a situation and correct it without the need to find managers or get prior approval. In that moment when they were ready to give up and head back to the hotel, I grabbed four souvenir t-shirts as well as a little plush for each of the kids and provided them to that family free of charge. They were able to get mostly cleaned up in the restroom, and enjoy the show that they had been waiting all day to see. That $100 worth of product, was able to make a lasting positive brand impression on that family. Understanding that it costs more to aquire new business than to retain a current one, is fundamental to creating a successful team that builds relationships with your clients. I have a passion for implementing creative solutions to navigate changing markets, and assist my clients in growth.
