I serve as Vice President of Data Integration at Harmony Healthcare IT, where I oversee all technical operations teams responsible for extracting, modeling, and delivering data across our full portfolio of healthcare data archival and conversion products and services. My teams perform the ETL work that powers the HealthData Archiver® platform and supports healthcare organizations as they transition data from legacy systems into modern, go‑forward solutions.My leadership approach is grounded in years of hands‑on experience working directly with complex data and SQL‑driven challenges. While my role today is focused on strategic oversight and operational execution, that technical foundation allows me to guide teams through highly complex data environments and ensure scalable, accurate, and client‑focused outcomes. I am particularly energized by the challenge of unfamiliar and poorly documented legacy systems, where creativity, research, and strong technical judgment are essential.Beyond my professional role, I am passionate about community and knowledge sharing within the data profession. After attending my first PASS Summit in Seattle, I founded a local user group, Michiana PASS, to foster connection, learning, and collaboration among data professionals in the South Bend region.I hold a Master’s degree from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University, and I welcome opportunities to connect with colleagues and fellow data professionals.
