Overall strategic and operational responsibility for the Bat World Sanctuary (BWS) staff, programs, policies & procedures, expansion, and execution of the BWS mission. Intimate knowledge of all positions and the personal experience of having performed each position. Responsible for daily operations of Bat World Sanctuary and its internal systems including all aspects of animal care, inventory, website maintenance, social media presence, permits & regulations, finances & accounting, donor relations, bat cam management, taxes, security & property maintenance, and volunteer management. Provides leadership, oversight and long range planning to ensure that all aspects of the sanctuary are operating at the highest standard possible.
