Main duties and responsibilities • Act as an overall Clinical Expert for a key strategic customers, maintaining an excellent understanding of the operational workings and therefore Occupational Health risks of the customer so that both strategic and day to day clinical advice and support can be provided to the customer and clinical teams working on the contract• Ensure customer specific clinical guidance documentation is kept up to date.• Contribute to clinical audit of customer related reports• Recognise areas for general clinical improvements to be made on the contract and work with the relevant stakeholders in other teams to follow the correct change process in order to implement any agreed changes.• Support the customers with Occupational Health Policy reviews and changes• Lead the assigned clinical team to ensure compliance with clinical accreditations and registrations, standards, operational processes and customer expectations • Conduct audit of clinical team performance and drive quality improvement and sharing of best practice • Ensure that quality is reviewed from customer perspective • Review, analyse and continually improve on clinical and customer audit performance within assigned teams and drive quality and compliance improvement and sharing of best practice, working with peers to ensure consistency across all teams, including the identification of repeat issues and implementation of resolutions.
