I run my own HR consultancy business working with businesses of all sizes/sectors in the UK and internationally, alongside my employment law practice. Recent interim assignments include- Global FMCG business: HR Programme Director. Responsible for transforming management and conduct of employee relations matters/associated strategies, devising and implementing target operating model, training, upskilling across 190 countries - British Standards Institution: Global People Change & Transformation Lead. Implemented new global ER strategy and target operating model, templates, procedures, process improvements, upskilling, training, conducted tribunal claims and senior legal investigations, led on people aspects of M&A transactions across 34 countries - Warner Bros Discovery: HR Lead. Led integration of BT Sport to launch of TNT Sports brand, led all union negotiations and consultations - Virgin Media O2: Change Consultant. Led merger of VM & O2 from a people perspective, consultations, industrial and ER strategy, employee experience, cultural & transformational change. Trusted advisor to senior leadership team, advised on HR strategy, DE & I and HR generalist work- Williams Lea Tag: EMEA HR Programme Director. Led response to COVID19/furlough, restructuring, outsourcing and offshoring, generalist HR advice- Arriva Group: Devised and advised on ER strategy across Europe (14 countries)- You Gov: Heard complex grievance appeals covering discrimination, bullying and harassmentI have advised several other businesses on HR matters including organisational design and target operating models, cultural and organisational transformation and employee experience. I particularly specialise in providing HR solutions to help businesses either scale during periods of rapid growth, or to rapidly change in turnaround scenarios. I am enjoying the experience and flexibility that consulting provides, so I’m open minded about future permanent or interim opportunities.
