I manage all areas of the process from Strategy/Planning to Execution and Reporting.Key aspects of my role:• Employer Branding • Talent Attraction • Employee Comms • Media Strategy & Buying• Building strong Client Partnerships, working with Clients at a Senior Level• Planning and executing Multi-Channel Advertising Campaigns (social, digital & offline) including photo and video shoots • Improving CPA and CPH with ROI driven Media Strategies• Providing Analysis and Reporting• Running Focus Groups, Stakeholder Interviews and Competitor Analysis for Employer Brand and Strategic Creative Campaign Projects for Proposition and Concept Development • Keeping up to date with the latest Innovations and Market Insights• Acting as the lynchpin on accounts, managing all areas of the process with the Clients, External Media Channels and Internal Digital and Creative Teams• Supporting and Training Junior Colleagues and delegating work• Ensuring high levels of Client Satisfaction which is monitored through Quarterly Client Surveys• Working on New Business proposals and Pitching with Client Partners
