I’m a connector, problem-solver, and champion for the business community who believes thriving communities are built through strong relationships and smart strategy.As Chief Operating Officer of the Eugene Area Chamber of Commerce, I help lead work that strengthens our regional economy, creates opportunities for local businesses to thrive, and brings people together to solve complex challenges. My role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution - providing organizational leadership, aligning people, resources, and priorities so good ideas turn into real, impactful results.Over the past decade, I’ve worked across sectors to launch programs, grow revenue, and build partnerships that last. From playing a key role in a nearly $5M capital campaign to stepping in as Interim President/CEO, I’m at my best navigating complexity, creating alignment, and helping organizations move forward with confidence.Beyond my day-to-day work, I serve as Vice Chair of Kids FIRST, a child advocacy center supporting vulnerable children in our community, and as an Associate Board Director at OCCU, a $3.4B not-for-profit financial cooperative dedicated to enriching lives.
