Secured a new line of revenue with Canadian Tire, providing strong communication and a strategic approach to critical business negotiations, which failed in the past. Introduced significant improvements to internal processes and training programs that improved efficiency/effectiveness and restructured the onboarding process to streamline acquisition and hiring efforts. Implemented positive relationship strategies for all teams, including strong business negotiations, and valuable internal processes, which deliver significant organizational growth, and profits.
