I’m the co-founder and strategy lead of Revel, an award-winning content agency for leading and emerging health brands. I oversee the execution of all our client work for Nike, Peloton, Levels Health, Hone Health, Thyme Care, Rula, IIN, Origin, and others. We help brands tell their story, build trust, and engage audiences with best-in-class editorial. Before Revel, I worked in media in New York, leading the digital properties for major health and lifestyle brands such as Shape and the Webby Award-winning wellness site Sonima. I also worked for Men\'s Health, Prevention, and supported new product development at Rodale in collaboration with major partners like Microsoft. When I’m not working, you can most likely find me doing a Ladder or Peloton workout, or with my husband and two boys traveling, driving to sports games and practices, and hustling as COO of our household.
