Research, establish and continuously refine our Minimum Wage Compliance Tracker to encompassfederal, state and local municipalities in which we operate. Create the annual merit cycle timeline to be shared broadly within the company and manage to thosedates, partnering with HRBPs on guidelines and HRIS on new implementations for testing. Established previously non-existent process documentation for Job Code Creation, the Job EvaluationProcess, Job Info Imports and Exports, and resources to help the HR Community. Standardized the process for Visual & Simulations Quarterly Promotions and review annually for bestpractices, elimination of duplicate work, etc. Led Career Framework implementation for the Defense, Customer Service, Operations, Frasca, andFinance business groups. Partner with HRBPs, Recruiting, HRIS, Payroll and Managers on Compensation related items such as,promotions, offers, geographic differentials, pay issues, data loads and variable compensation.
