As a trained business broker, I know how to value a business, keep a transaction moving forward, and overcome obstacles to get a business sold.FCBB was established in 1994 and has developed extensive processes and tools to provide the highest level of service for business buyers and sellers. Automation, a vast database of buyers, and a large professional network are just a few of the advantages of working with FCBB.

Hi there! Here’s a little bit about first Choice Business Brokers and about me >> First Choice Business Brokers has become one of the largest organizations in the U.S. specializing in business sales. Since 1994, we have listed and managed over $8 billion in business sales. If you are a business owner thinking about selling or you are looking to buy a business, I\'d be happy to talk to you about the process.A little more about me: I graduated from college when I was 19 years old with a double-major in Investment Science and Corporate Finance. I developed my first software product in 2012 and have been a serial entrepreneur ever since.My first job out of college was in Finance as an Internal Auditor at Union Pacific Railroad. I later went into Operations, where I led multi-million dollar IT projects. During this time, I also completed my MBA at Creighton, with an emphasis on Technology and Leadership. After “working on railroad” for 7 years (ha!), I started my first business, Ova Ova. I learned digital product development and the highs and lows of being an entrepreneur. Ova Ova was featured in Fast Company for its innovative design. In 2014, I started a consulting firm called KOVUS. In 4 years, we grew the company to a team of 8 people and helped over 35 organizations in Nebraska conduct user research, innovate, and develop software and mobile apps. After KOVUS, I worked in leadership positions at two of the fastest-growing tech companies in Nebraska (Buildertrend and Flywheel), before diving back into entrepreneurship. In 2019, I became Executive Director of the Refugee Empowerment Center, an organization that resettles refugees through the State Department. The nonprofit was in debt and struggling with funding after severe funding cuts during the Trump Administration. Within two years, I restructured the entire organization, introduced new technology, and developed new revenue sources. I left the organization with over 20 employees, a solid leadership team, and over in funding in the bank. In 2020, myself and two partners founded Thoughtful Franchise Brokers, a business brokerage firm specializing in helping business buyers discover the right franchise opportunity. Thoughtful Franchise Brokers has become one of the top producing brokerage firms in the country.On a personal note, my husband and I have 2 beautiful children and we have traveled to 22 countries throughout Africa, Asia, Europe and South America. I love reading, photography, live music, fun people, and new experiences.
