   I lead Orange EV’s customer funding strategy by helping fleets across North America adopt Orange EV\'s zero-emission yard trucks through federal, state, utility, and regional incentive programs. I partner directly with customers, program administrators, and internal teams to navigate complex funding, compliance, and scrappage requirements—ensuring they secure maximum funding and support for their electrification projects.Key responsibilities:•Serve as Orange EV’s subject-matter expert on grants, incentives, compliance rules, scrappage, and funding strategy•Identify the best-fit funding pathways for fleets, including federal tax credits, state vouchers, utility rebates, and diesel-replacement programs•Provide white-glove support: build full applications, draft narratives, manage documentation, and liaise with program administrators•Lead the end-to-end application lifecycle: intake, analysis, eligibility review, submission, and award support•Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal & Regulatory, Service, and leadership to optimize customer success•Maintain internal trackers, dashboards, and processes to streamline and scale the funding program•Support customers post-award with compliance, DOORS/TRUCRS reporting, scrappage coordination, and reimbursement steps
