Certified HR leader with 20 years of experience at global Fortune 500 companies in the resources sector, including energy, oil & gas and chemicals. Approaching a decade at BHP, leadership roles have spanned the Global HR, Petroleum and Global Projects organizations including Manager, HR Business Partnership for Petroleum On-shore and Off-shore Operations, Manger, Global HR Strategy and Planning and Manager, People, Process and Systems, Global Projects.
