About Amanda Goll
As Principal at Bowditch Middle School in the San Mateo–Foster City School District, I lead a diverse community centered on connection, collaboration, and belonging. My focus is on supporting students, staff, and families in building systems where everyone feels seen and valued. Guided by our district’s Strategic Plan, I continue to prioritize wellness, academics, and equity in all that we do. I founded Inclusion+ to partner with principals and district leaders in reimagining inclusion through emotional intelligence, leadership development, and the purposeful use of AI. At Inclusion+, we design and lead professional learning for staff and leadership teams focused on improving communication, strengthening partnerships, and creating systems that make schools more effective and connected.My work with Best Buddies keeps me grounded in what inclusion really means — creating genuine connections and opportunities for students and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. It’s a constant reminder that inclusion isn’t something we talk about once — it’s how we show up, build relationships, and make sure everyone feels they belong.
