Hello, my name is Amanda, and I’m passionate about making the world a better place for all children through the power of education. As an educator at a non-profit community center, I\'m working towards developing relationships with children and families and helping break the poverty cycle through education. As a teacher, I strive to create a classroom with a safe place where all children feel welcomed and loved. My experience in social work helps me to be a well-rounded teacher. Other passions of mine include social justice, early literacy, Golden Retrievers, Indianapolis, running, swimming, and a nice day outside with my husband.
