I proudly serve as a SMART Local Union 28 Journeywoman, Executive Board Member, Shop Steward, Deputy Foreman, and Women’s Committee President.I represent our trade and our members on both the SMART BE4ALL Committee (Belonging and Excellence for All) and the SMART RISE Committee (Representation, Integrity, Support, and Empowerment), working to break barriers, create opportunities, and drive equity across the United States and Canada.My passion is advancing women and other underrepresented groups in the union building trades — ensuring they not only enter the field but thrive in it.
