   Manages landfill cell liner and final cover design and construction as well as landfill fill sequencing, gas and leachate collection systems, storm water control and other engineering related issues• Manages major renovations or new construction of hauling operations and transfer stations from the development of construction drawings to completion of project construction• Manages capital for above mentioned construction projects, equaling approximately $10 million each year• Worked with required municipalities to re-zone a portion of a current WM construction and demolition (C&D) landfill to host a C&D transfer station• Develops relationships with natural gas companies and other stakeholders to streamline the CNG vehicle conversion process and assists in managing over $1 million in grants for SAA’s CNG conversion efforts
