Have gained 27 years of combined experience in the pipeline, petrochemical, power (nuclear & gas) and paper & pulp, construction industries while employed as, Construction Manager, Chief Inspector, QA/QC Manager, Construction Superintendent, Site Safety Manager, Project/Field Engineer, Welding Inspector, Mechanical Inspector, Hydro-Testing Inspector, HDD Inspector, Civil/Utility Inspector, Pipeline Inspector, Piping Superintendent, Pipe Fitter Foreman, and Journeyman pipe fitter / fabricator, for capital and maintenance projects, in a wide range of facilities including but not limited to pipelines, compressor stations, power plants, metering stations, refineries, military installations, and paper mills. Possess diverse knowledge in Construction Project Management and QA/QC in all disciplines, with an emphasis in piping, mechanical, civil, & structural disciplines. Have traveled extensively within the US & abroad while involved heavily in project management, planning & scheduling of field activities, managing change orders, “RFI’s”, NCR’s, site safety programs, inspection, purchasing, field engineering, material control, material take-offs, weld - mapping, and as-builts/red lines. Conducted welding procedure qualifications, welder qualification tests, supervised and scheduled Post Weld Heat Treatment & N.D.T. crews,(x-ray, shear wave, dye-pen. mag, u.t, etc.) on various projects under applicable procedures, specifications, and codes. Am well acquainted with and have the knowledge to successfully navigate and insure adherence to ASME, ANSI, AWS, ASNT, API & ACI. Successfully represented project owners, oil companies, & multiple construction firms during audits conducted by U.S. D.O.T, ICC, PHMSA, FERC, EPA, OSHA, NRC, CIB, & other governing authorities.
