This work includes negotiating hundred of leases and lease renewals ranging from RSF to RSF each, negotiating and facilitating financing documents, coordinating acquisitions and dispositions, managing litigation matters and negotiating all types of brokerage and property management agreements. I collaborate closely with our asset management, investment, property management, finance and construction teams to align legal strategy with the business\'s goals and initiatives.
