As an Operations Manager at Citibase I am responsible for the day to day operations and running of multi site business centres, ensuring top level business services to our customers. Experienced in Sales, Customer Service and Operations Management, with a proven track record for increasing revenue, through generating new business and also retaining existing customers, as a result of delivering exceptional customer service. Responsible for P&L and budget management, Health and Safety, Maintenance, relationship building with both internal customers and external suppliers and contractors, and the management, coaching and development of the Centre team members.
