As Executive Director and Co-Founder of Miami Valley Meals, I lead a nonprofit that transforms rescued and donated food into nutritious, chef-prepared meals for individuals facing food insecurity. Since 2020, we’ve distributed over 1 million meals through 130+ nonprofit partners across 37 zip codes, using more than 90% rescued or donated ingredients. Our work centers on dignity, nourishment, and community connection.My role spans relationship development, culture-building, strategic planning, fundraising, community engagement, team leadership, event execution, board collaboration, brand strategy, and management of an annual budget exceeding $1 million. This work is grounded in a commitment to mission-driven service, thoughtful communication, and meaningful connection.
