I started my journey in senior living 19 years ago as a nursing assistant, and today, I’m proud to serve as a Community Executive Director. Every step along the way has been shaped by the incredible people and communities I’ve had the privilege to work with.What I love most is getting to know each resident’s story and making our community truly feel like home. Staying involved in daily life and community activities helps me stay connected and grounded in what matters most.I lead with integrity, step in wherever I’m needed, and focus on building a strong, trusted team through training, support, and accountability. Over the years, I’ve helped reduce turnover, eliminate agency use, and cut labor costs always with the goal of delivering excellent care.At my core, I’m a universal worker.
