In 2011, I transferred to the Corporate Development department as a Senior Analyst where I was involved in financial and technical analysis and developing strategic business development initiatives. In early 2017, I moved into a Project Manager role within Cameco’s Operational Excellence team where I helped to build a culture of continuous performance improvement. I started a new chapter at Federated Co-operatives Limited as a Corporate Performance Manager, responsible for the ongoing evaluation, development, and enhancement of strategic planning and corporate performance management processes and ensuring their execution across the organization. My most recent position, before moving to entrepreneurship, was as a Senior Project Manager role at the University of Saskatchewan, leading a strategic business program and IT projects. I also served as a Director on the Board of T2 Metals Corp. I have my PMI PMP, PMI ACP, Prosci Change Practitioner, and Lean Greenbelt certifications, and am trained in Six Sigma Blackbelt.
