   Amanda D\'Amato joined BroadStar\'s Marketing Department in 2018 as Communications Manager and has also recently taken on an additional role as Community Channel Developer. Amanda attained a Bachelor of Communications Degree from Western Connecticut State University and has 19 years in Business Management experience with an emphasis in Marketing, At BroadStar, Amanda handles customer-facing email communications for various notifications and promotions. She has successfully implemented the company-wide task management program increasing productivity & communication between departments. She continues to onboard and train employees in the platform as needed. Amanda has created a Review Management Process which has raised our online reputation on Google from 1.4 to 3.5 stars. Amanda has also established a process in which our customers receive periodic surveys regarding their services and overall customer satisfaction. These surveys are crucial to identifying internal feedback that we can constantly improve upon. BroadStar has recently added a Community Channel option for properties. Amanda works with property management staff to create a lineup of visual content to encompass their events, notices, and other items pertinent to their residents. Amanda also works across departments creating processes to enhance workflow including internal forms, automated spreadsheets, and stylized documents.
