As Administrator of a licensed Short Term Inpatient Social Rehab/CRT facility operated by Telecare in California, I am responsible for the day-to-day leadership, clinical and operational oversight, and regulatory compliance of a short-term residential program serving individuals experiencing acute mental health needs. I manage multidisciplinary teams to ensure compassionate, person-centered care while maintaining adherence to state and county requirements, including Community Care Licensing (CCL), Medi-Cal, and Department of Mental Health standards.My role includes staff supervision, program development, budgeting, risk management, and quality assurance, all while fostering a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented environment that promotes client stabilization, wellness, and community reintegration. I collaborate closely with clinical teams, external partners, and community stakeholders to support care coordination, crisis intervention, and successful step-down planning.Through strategic leadership and a deep commitment to equity and mental health recovery, I help advance Telecare’s mission of delivering excellent and innovative behavioral health services that engage and empower individuals and families.
