I’m strictly freelance but I’ve been getting messages inquiring about applying to “my” company. Sorry but I’m not hiring.I’m a PowerPoint specialist with 20+ years of experience in everything from templates to charts to animation and live graphics operations. I\'m learning Canva and Figma but I\'m finding these are pale imitations of what can be done with PowerPoint with the support of Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. I\'ve design UX in Excel and websites in PowerPoint before moving to Dreamweaver and editing code directly, but my web design is now done in Canva (but without any templates or A.I. generated content). I always wanted to remove the stigma of PowerPoint.PowerPoint doesn\'t make bad presentations, people make bad presentations. Now people use tools like Gamma to make bad presentations. My job is to fix them (the decks, not the people, though I also teach PowerPoint classes). As a freelancer I love being able to perfect the project when a client has reached the end of their abilities. My graphic design skills are crucial to PowerPoint, both for layout and to optimize Photoshop and Illustrator elements. I also have a lot of experience in Word and Excel (beyond simple documents), but PowerPoint is my favorite. My skills as a writer and proof reader are a bonus when I\'m helping tighten up your text.Specialties: PowerPoint animation that doesn\'t feel like PowerPoint animation, live graphics operation for events, editing PowerPoint about twice as fast as you expected, teaching PowerPoint to corporate users.I teach classes in PowerPoint and Word. I also edit audio and video and I have designed books in InDesign and Word. And when I\'m not doing PowerPoint, I\'m a professional stand-up comedian and emcee. I can host your event and then edit your presentations. How fun is that?
