In addition to my day-to-day responsibilities, I oversee all aspects of product development and production, from design and quality assurance to PO management, sale, and merchandizing. I play an integral role in strategy planning, and factory and resource management. I lead high-functioning teams, conduct line reviews, and engage with partners and engineers situated in China and Hong Kong. My key achievements in this position include: • Owned all aspects of products being built/engineered/cost and collaborated with CFT to meet KPIs, exceed Global timelines, and ensure business analytics were aligned with specified targets. • Effectively detected and solved all QA compliance errors, from order point onto the selling floor, to save product cycle time and enhance QA-to-manufacturing communication. • Traveled to Hong Kong and Dongguan China twice every year to inspect product development operations. • Spearheaded team to counter source product in factories and new COO, while steering SAP transition team and comprehensive PLM workflow. • Overcame pertinent challenges related to product supply, demand, and transit during Covid-19 crisis
