I partner with executive leaders to provide recommendations for adjustments or enhancements that will impact business and risk objectives including talent management, diversity and inclusion, and workforce productivity. I maintain vendor relations by providing ongoing communication and problem resolution for internal and external employee conflicts and deficiencies. I leverage expertise in talent management strategies to advise senior leaders on optimal organizational structure and talent development strategies taking into account diversity, budget, and hierarchy. I handle all aspects of requisition / procurement lifecycle, involving negotiating contracts, sourcing, and resolving issues whilst functioning as end-to-end project manager and focal point of contact.
