My role is to inspire and encourage people to go from where they are to where they want to be.I\'m very focused on raising confidence levels and helping people recognise their strengths and skills.I do this through coaching, speaking, events and writing.The Leading Ladies Company is here for women who want to learn more about success strategies, connect with other women and really enjoy what they do.We are primarily a personal development company and I coach as well as host events and run programmes to raise confidence, create connections and help people gain clarity on what is important to them.We believe three things:1. We can achieve anything, it’s simply what, where and how.2. We are inspired and feel energised when surrounded by other positive people.3. Together we achieve more.Our events create connections, help form networks and inspire personal growth and expansion. My greatest skill lies in recognising the untapped talent and potential within women, often hidden or underestimated by themselves and others. I find immense satisfaction and joy when women discover their capabilities and step confidently into a future filled with purpose and clarity.My journey began during my years as a manager at GSK, where I focused on recruiting and nurturing graduate talent, guiding them toward the next level in their careers. This experience taught me the power of mentorship and inspired me to take a leap into a career solely dedicated to coaching.This transition opened doors to work with women from various backgrounds and career stages, allowing me to blend my business and leadership expertise with coaching to support women at every step of their journey.Whether it\'s empowering a female CEO to expand her business, supporting a senior leader in team development, or partnering with corporate organisations to inspire growth with females leadership courses, my message remains constant: with the right skills and mindset, anything is achievable.The skills needed to see our true potential can be learned, and life undergoes a transformation when we do. Through coaching, writing, masterclasses, and events, I guide women to explore their authentic selves, define their aspirations, and live a purposeful life that leaves a positive impact on the world.Specialties: Women at pivotal stages in their lives.
