   I lead global corporate communications for a supply chain SaaS company, reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. I drive corporate messaging and brand initiatives to strengthen the company’s positioning and oversee the marketing integration of acquired businesses.I spearheaded the launch of a company-wide communications platform, including an executive communications plan and calendar to ensure consistent leadership messaging. I revamped company-wide town halls, transforming style, delivery, and engagement to strengthen employee connection and participation. In partnership with HR and the CEO, I defined the company’s Mission, Vision, and Values (MVV) and developed a comprehensive rollout plan for the global employee base.I’ve also led corporate messaging exercises, managed the marketing integration of acquired companies, built global processes, and implemented tools for streamlined content marketing, PR, and social media workflows. I onboarded global PR agencies for the first time, built a PR program from the ground up, and executed a plan that generated year-over-year increase in media coverage and a 10% gain in share of voice in under a year.
