I’m a senior research fellow who carries out strategically prioritised research for the NIHR and oversee aspects of the Research and Evaluation service delivery group (part of the NIHR Centre for Business Intelligence). I have extensive research experience in the field of Meta Research and have conducted research in this area for over 15 years (also known as Research on Research). Since joining the NIHR in 2008, I have held various roles, including leading the strategic development of the RoR programme, line management and conducting research and evaluative research in several RoR domains/fields. I am also an editor for two journals, RoR working group lead for a Funders\' Forum, PLOS user panel member, advisory board member for and regularly review manuscripts for several journals in the field of Meta research (including scoping reviews and qualitative research more generally).
