S.T.R.I.D.E: Supporting Transcendence and Resilience in Intimate Dating Experiences‣ Conduct in-depth interviews and surveys to gather data on discriminatory healthcare experiences among Black Queer Young Adult Women (BQAYAW) who have experienced IPV.‣ Perform data entry and qualitative analysis using Dedoose software to identify themes and patterns.‣ Schedule meetings, maintain project documentation, coordinate with team members, and manage participant scheduling, including pre-interview reminders and follow-up communications to ensure seamless project operations.‣ Actively recruit participants by distributing study flyers in community spaces, conducting phone outreach, leveraging existing contacts from the parent study, and screening potential participants using a structured process to ensure eligibility, while documenting all contacts and maintaining detailed logs in the PID Log.‣ Assist in the preparation of research reports, manuscripts, and presentations through summarizing key findings and implications for practice and policy and contributing to the development of tailored interventions and provider training materials based on research findings.‣ Ensure strict adherence to research protocols and procedures as outlined in the Manual of Operating Procedures (MOP), maintain confidentiality and data security by following established protocols for handling and storing participant information and research data, and follow safety protocols during participant interactions, including using HIPAA-compliant tools and maintaining professional boundaries.
