The Wellness team is tasked with ensuring open access to wellness programs and outcomes across all demographics.Process reporting into and out of wellness platform.Partner with vendors and internal departments as needed to organize monthly Lunch and learns and our annual wellness fair.Assist in the creation and facilitating of Wellness committee.Assist in specialized programming based on collaborator needs.Build and send communications including quarterly reminders, challenges, and events.Work to match engagement with demographic makeup of the organization.Identifies and makes recommendations on areas of improvement in processes or policies within the function.Participates in the successful implementation of other Collaborator Experience projects as they arise.
