About Amanda Beatty
I am passionate about using data and evidence to transform organizations - to help them scale, improve cost-effectivness, and identify ways to deepen impact. I have experience doing this internally at an NGO (in my former role at Youth Impact), at donor organizations, like the World Bank and MCC, and as an external, client-supporting researcher at Mathematica and IPA. I specialize in using randomized methods (RCTs, A/B testing) to support transformation but draw on quasi-experimental and qualitative approaches when relevant. I love building research teams, working with teammates to develop and execute learning agendas, and seeing the data and evidence we produce affect programatic decisionmaking.
