Lead a team of 8 and present frequent status updates to the President of the holding company and Chairman of the Board.• Led a migration from QuickBooks to NetSuite as the company’s new ERP system within a 6-month span, in addition to completing a customized integration between Sitetracker and NetSuite that enabled consolidated tracking of all BOM/SOW/PO/Invoicing functions• Administer the core Sitetracker application and provide support to 400+ users, in addition to driving ongoing enhancements, such as utilization of a Computer Vision beta feature which allows AI to pass or fail quality controls, in real time, out in the field• Drove implementation of a new Inventory Management software package and integrated it into the company’s primary tech stack, enabling the Supply Chain team to own the full “chain of custody” for the first time and meet all necessary import/export requirements• Partner with the Finance team to support financial, technology, and compliance audits—ensuring all system/tool changes meet audit requirements• Championed the procurement and integration of the company’s first fiber management software, which has saved the company significant annual operating costs• Manage all technology requests, procurement, and implementation efforts across the organization• Developed a new global “gold standard” for strategic partnerships that integrates three different software partner apps to offer cutting-edge capabilities and supercharge the tech stack; efforts have culminated in a series of white papers and an invitation to serve as Keynote speaker at an upcoming conference in Paris
