ABOUT AMANDA BARRY

I am a Certified Public Accountant with a diverse professional background in accounting, corporate finance, and corporate development. As Corporate Controller at Thirty Madison, and previously at Albireo Energy, I am responsible for finance and accounting management, including establishing and maintaining company-wide systems of internal controls, financial reporting processes, and financial analysis. I also specialize in M&A having executed over 25 acquisitions, with ownership of many elements of the life cycle of acquisitions, including due diligence, valuation, finance & accounting integration, purchase price accounting, and acquisition/integration project management. Prior to joining AE, I served as a Finance Manager for CareFusion (CFN), a global medical technology company with revenues of ~$4B. In my time at CFN, my responsibilities included the origination, evaluation and execution of business acquisitions, financial planning & analysis, and collaboration with senior executives to analyze and implement strategic business initiatives. I began my career in public accounting at Ernst & Young LLP. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Miami (FL).
