As an HR Business Partner I am assigned to specific schools within the Trust to support with the development and implementation of the Trust’s vision, mission and strategic objectives from a people perspective within the provisions and resources available.I provide guidance and support to the Headteachers, SLT, Line Managers and staff on employee relations matters such as-[] Health and well-being -[] Absence from work-[] Misconduct /Gross misconduct-[] Performance capability -[] Probationary periods-[] Organisational developmentMy aim is to develop a positive employee relations culture, respecting and developing channels of communication and engagement with the full staffing body and trade unions.The interface between schools and the HR people team along with any external service providers such as Occupational Health.Review, develop and advise on HR policies and procedures and practices.Coach, advise and train leaders on people related matters and ensure compliance.Lead on any new HR initiatives and projects across the Trust.From January 2024 I will commence studying for my CIPD level 7 in Human Resource Management.
