Aman is working as a program management leader for Amazon Customer Service team, where he\'s at the forefront of building experiences that enable generative AI for customer support and make it faster for customers to resolve their issues. Earlier, he worked as a technical program management professional for Rufus, a GenAI app on Amazon that Is like an expert assistant to shoppers.He has also worked in several capacities in Amazon Last Mile space, in planning and execution. Earlier, he was leading one of the the program management function of Sub Same Day Delivery. He was managing a team of program managers responsible for the launch of a new delivery system. The team successfully launched two pilots in Seattle and Cincinnati.Previously, Aman has worked for Alexa and AI/ML remote operations teams in USA and India.Pre-Amazon, Aman\'s work experience has been in the Strategy & Consulting domains, with Deloitte Strategy & Operations and PwC Acceleration Center.
