JOB RESPONSIBILITIES1. As Team Lead Representing SCCM, Intune, Application Packaging Deployment and Vulnerability Management. Providing training to employees on new technology as needed to ensure everyone on the team is comfortable with the latest tools and processes. Coordinating with team within the organization to ensure that projects tasks are completed on time. Managing employee performance to ensure that productivity goals are being met. Reviewing employee performance reports to identify areas of weakness that need improvement. Participating in recruiting process to fill positions within the department as needed. Preparation of Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reports for SCCM and Packaging Deployment and Vulnerability Management. Rating Employees Monthly, Quarterly and in Annual cycles. Taking care of SLA reports and Audit of Tickets.2. L2/L3 support in IAM, AD, Exchange, Vulnerability management and remediation, Azure AD, SCCM and WS1. Good experience on Sailpoint-IIQ tool (My Access), ADUC, Exchange tools. Reinstatement, Reactivation and Termination of Users and Rehydration of groups. Account Management and Group Management modules. Creating, modifying, and deleting user accounts, groups, computer accounts, organizational units (OUs), and other objects in the directory service database. Helping end users with issues related to their accounts or computers, such as resetting passwords or troubleshooting technical problems. Maintaining a database of all users in the organization and their respective rights and privileges within the network. Providing technical support for user problems related to Active Directory or Windows Server applications. Creating, modifying, and deleting groups DL, Shared mailboxes and conference room. Email, SMTP and UPNs Management. Handling Outlook and teams related issues. Discovery, Identification, filtration, collection and remediation of Vulnerabilities for Workstations and Servers with help of concern team. Creation and Representation of Normal, Standard and Emergency changes in CAB meeting and get approvals. Requesting of Risk Exception and adding in affected VITs/Vuln groups. MFA Authentication (Account Unlock and Reset Method). Identification and Remediation of Azure AD connect sync errors. Creations of Users in Azure. Application registration in Azure. DNS Management. Pushing Patches and applications in user’s devices. Creation of Assignment groups & Tags in WS1. Exportation and Filtration of Various reports in Workspace One intelligence.
