As a seasoned HR Executive with expertise in third-party vendor management, recruitment, on-boarding process optimization, and staff development, I have a passion for building and retaining efficient teams. I have a proven track record of bridging gaps between employees and management, establishing healthy dialogues to address concerns, and implementing effective compensation strategies to attract and retain best-in-class talent.Currently, I am working as a Cluster-HR with Inox Leisure Ltd. where I am responsible for tracking, publishing, and containing headcount within the budget, forecasting and managing recruitment for new store openings, and implementing relevant recognition programs to drive business objectives and core values. In my previous role as an HR Executive with Egreen Farms Pvt. Ltd, I successfully streamlined the vendor on-boarding process, developed and posted vacancy announcements leveraging online and print recruitment tools, and structured compensation and benefits according to market standards.Throughout my career, I have been driven to increase employee engagement, interface with HR at the unit level, and implement holistic engagement programs that enable retention. I have a strong commitment to adhering to statutory compliance, resolving employee queries and issues on time, and managing employee relations at all levels.I hold an MBA in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and History, both from VBSPU, Jaunpur.
