ABOUT AMAN TIWARI

I have pursued B.A. LL.B.(Hons.) from National Law University Odisha. I have been in practice since 2022 and registered with the Uttar Pradesh Bar Council. Currently I am working under Hon\'ble Justice Vibhu Bhakru, Delhi High Court as a Legal Researcher. Previously, I worked at GnS Legal LLP, with matters relating to IBC, and White Collar Crimes. I had practiced criminal litigation in Hon’ble District & Sessions Court, Lucknow, and matters relating to NI Act and SARFAESI. I have also catered to a few service matter writs in the Hon\'ble Allahabad High Court, Lucknow Bench. Apart from the passion for criminal law, I have evolved an interest in arbitration and commercial litigation. My empathetic personality often inclines me to indulge in pro bono litigation. An avid reader of non-fiction works, especially pertaining to psychology and philosophy. Often identifies myself with the philosophy of existentialism. Author of Novella, “Memoir: The Cathartic Night (Contemplating Temporality to Inevitability)” I have also published a research paper on “A Study of Criminal Behavior (Causality & Prevention of Crime)”, currently cited by four authors; published in the International Journal of Advanced Research (IJAR), ISSN: 23••••07, Article DOI: 10•••74/IJAR01/10795.
