Financial Investigation Unit (FIU) Investigator with a strong foundation in fraud prevention and Fraud Investigation. Prior to this role, contributed effectively within the Account Protection team, applying investigative skills to detect suspicious activity and safeguard customer accounts. Brings over 2+ years of Fincrime and 3+ years of customer support experience, demonstrating excellent communication, problem-solving, and client resolution abilities. Known for attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a commitment to ensuring compliance and security within financial operations. Passionate about mitigating financial risk and enhancing fraud detection strategies.In January 2024 I transitioned into fintech at Revolut, joining the Account Protection team where I discovered my passion for financial crime prevention. Within a year, my work caught attention and I was promoted to FIU Investigator - Suspected Fraud, and I\'m currently serving as an FIU Investigator in the Core team.Today, I manage complex financial crime cases across 11 jurisdictions including Singapore, Brazil, France, Lithuania, Portugal, Ireland, the UK, New Zealand, Australia, Spain and the Netherlands. My expertise spans suspicious activity report (SAR) filing, transaction monitoring, AML/CFT investigations, customer due diligence, and cross-border regulatory compliance. I thrive on connecting the dots in complex fraud patterns and working collaboratively with global teams to protect our customers and maintain the integrity of the financial system.What drives me?
