I\'m Aman, a dedicated professional with a strong passion for User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design. My journey into this exciting field began when I pursued an Advanced Diploma in Computer Systems Technology at Kagan Institute in Melbourne, Australia. During my time there, I honed my technical skills and developed a keen eye for creating intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences. I believe that a strong foundation in technology is essential for crafting user-centered designs that not only look great but also function seamlessly. Due to some reason i have to dropout in my final semester. To further enhance my expertise, I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Human Psychology. This unique blend of technology and psychology empowers me to delve deeper into understanding user behavior and preferences. I\'m passionate about leveraging psychological insights to create designs that truly resonate with users.    Made company’s first design system in Figma with components & variable library for quick and consistent execution. 🟢 Created company’s first ever App (WeChat Mini Program App) to capture china market and expanded reach to younger users as well. 🟢 Improved UX and UI of company’s multiple in house softwares for error management and smooth operations. 🟢 Created multiple B2C and B2B platforms successfully meeting both business and user need. 🟢 Worked on company’s multiple marketing websites by enhancing UX and UI resulted in 20% more conversions and 40% reduced user drop rates. 🟢 Used LuckyOrange, google analytics and MS Clarity to monitor identify user drop and painpoints to ideate on improving the overall UX. 🟢 Worked closely with the devlopers and IT team for accurate and smooth execution.
