Hello, I am Aman Saxena, a Legal Consultant with years of experience in legal consulting, contract drafting, policy making, procurement management, and client dealing. Currently, I work as a Legal executive and do legal risk management of RFPs and vetting of contracts, I also tender legal advice over the contracts and projects of the company across the country.Previously I had worked with IPE GLOBAL Ltd. as a Consultant. My notable achievements included working on the world bank funded project (US$ 166.00 million) for (Directorate of Urban Administration) UADD, Government of Madhya Pradesh where I drafted policies and reforms with stakeholder consultation. I was also responsible for managing tenders, procurement, contract management for the Ujjain smart city project. Additionally, I have had the privilege of working with state\'s top bureaucrats, analyzing and developing technical and financial reports, and assisting in legal proceedings and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.I hold an LL.M. in Corporate and commercial laws from Himachal Pradesh National Law University. Prior to that, I obtained a B.A.LL.B.(H) degree from Amity Law School, AUMP, Gwalior.During my internships, I have gained experience in various areas of law while working at KPMG Advisory Services Private Limited, where I worked on multimillion-dollar projects for Government of India at GeM project, Gwalior Smart City Development Corporation Limited, where I gained exposure to government sectors and tendering procedures, Adv. Pankaj Pandey, an Advocate in the Supreme Court of India, where I prepared case notes and briefed on cases, Adv. Jasmeet Singh, an Advocate on record in the Supreme Court of India, where I studied taxation laws and assisted cases of celebrities like Kapil Dev, and Adv. Purshottam Das Bidua, the Standing counsel for M.P.
