Job Profile-* Troubleshooting and resolving the customer related complaints within specified SLA(service level agreement).* Monitoring of different alarms in the network and coordinating with other teams for the rectification of network faults that we come across day to day.* Co-ordination with different wings (MDF/FR/Sales/CC) for effective working of Network.* Troubleshooting and rectification of Media related complaints including CEN and SDH media.* Working and troubleshooting on Network Fault tools i.e. ECI-NMS / TEJAS Networks.* Providing technical support for switch related complaints.* Having knowledge of switches i.e TDM, NGN and IMS(Huawei ) and MSAN* Having some experience in troubleshooting the DSL complaints (Eg : Slow browsing, Profile and resolving them in specified SLA.* Some knowledge of DSLAM and BRAS servers.* Coordination with other engineers for resolving network -related issues.
